Wir haben uns im Primavera Haus außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Tolle Architektur, schöne Bepflanzung im Außenbereich alles mit Liebe und sinnvoll umgesetzt. Das Haus hat eine moderne, helle und freundliche Einrichtung mit einer neuen Küche, guten Duschen und ist ausgestattet mit dekorativen Elementen, die über das Normalmaß von Ferienhäusern hinausgeht. Alles sehr hoch- und neuwertig und liebevoll. Der Außenbereich ist geschützt durch eine hohe Mauer und die Strandnähe gaben uns eine gute Basis für viel Entspannung, Ruhe und eine unkomplizierte Tagesgestaltung.
Wir wären am liebsten direkt geblieben... Die Anmietung bei Paula erlebten wir engagiert, sehr problemlos und freundlich. |

La propiedad es espectacular, muy bien construida, buenos materiales y buen gusto, todo al detalle. La gestión de la misma, no es buena. No funcionaba el wifi, porque nadie se molestó en comprobarlo en la entrada, y después no lo arreglaron hasta menos de 24h de la salida. Cosas absurdas como que no hubiera edredones, por mucho que estemos en Alicante (yo vivo en Santa Pola) y por bien climatizada que esté, la gente usa edredones en invierno. Nadie usa sólo una sábana. Por último 300 euros de limpieza, independientemente de la duración de la estancia, es excesivo. Entiendo que si lo alquilas a un grupo de orangutanes en celo, se repercuta ese coste, pero debería estar más ajustado al tiempo de estancia y perfil del cliente. Para lo que ensucia una familia normal, 6 hora de limpieza a 10 euros la hora es suficiente. Venga, redondeamos a 100, pero 300... no lo veo
