The house el Penell, is located on the front line of the port of the city of Denia and is accessed from the historic Plaza de la Creu nº 6, this house dates back to the 17th century approximately and is built within the walls of the castle that bordered the sea water.
The house has been restored with noble and ecological materials to give the residents a healthy and comfortable environment, the exterior walls are painted with a new hybrid technology paint that eliminates greenhouse gases and avoids the outside heat, the interior has been painted with the only ecological paint that eliminates CO2 and other gases.

The house is divided into two floors of 33m2 each.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living-dining room and kitchen with two large windows, one overlooking the Carrero Quico el Vi and the other overlooking the port.
The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave with grill, electric oven, washing machine and fridge, as well as kitchen utensils, crockery, ironing facilities and clothesline.
The living-dining room has a five-seater "L" shaped sofa, television, internet and split air conditioning (hot and cold) and a table with four chairs.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one overlooking La Creu square and the other overlooking the port, both with balcony, split (hot and cold) and a bed of 1,50 x 1,90 with two pillows for each bed. A bathroom with shower and a complete toilet.
